Mr. Kevin Leung, founder and CEO of Liquid, established the company in 2019. A graduate of The Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Internet Engineering Department, he previously held roles as Vice President at HSBC and as a director at Standard Chartered Bank. Committed to advancing data applications in Web3, he seeks to redefine data ownership and use. Liquid, nurtured by Hong Kong Cyberport, under Liquid has earned accolades including the Hong Kong ICT Awards FinTech Gold Award and the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Award for Business Services – Security Solutions.

Mr Terrance Lok
CEO, TalentLabs Limited

Terrance Lok is the CEO of TechJobAsia, a preeminent AI job platform with a focus on digital transformation and human resource. Previously, he was a venture capitalist at Horizons Ventures investing into global innovative companies. His work experience includes working at ZWC Partners as Partner and Head of Southeast Asia, Barclays Capital as Derivatives Analyst, Citi as Institutional Sales, and Siemens as an engineer. Terrance holds degrees from HKUST, Peking University and Kellogg School of Management.

CTO, Llewellyn & Partners Company Limited

Dr. Landson LI is the CTO at LPC Ltd, in charge of the digitization strategy setup and implementation to support government and large-scale enterprises to perform l technology transformation, deploying leading technology and adjusting management processes to suit fast-growing businesses. Helping society by working on BIM ISO19650 BIM and ISO37107 Smart City International Standards to achieve carbon neutralization and ESG management.

Mr. Luke Chu has 20yrs+ experience in system development, project management and Internet technology management. Technology expertise in search engine, digital map and big data analysis. Business expertise in BPR consultancy, digital marketing and e-Commerce. Handled over 3,000 projects and 100 brands, including Cathay Pacific, PCCW, China Unicom, Telecom Malaysia, Lands Dept., Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department., Consumer Council, etc. He established ‘Hong Kong Brands Protection Alliance Limited’ (HKBPA) to maintain the protection of intellectual property rights of innovations from Hong Kong industries. Project (eyeChat) awarded “Best Project Award” in PCCW. Platform (WeShare.hk) awarded 4 prizes in HK, including 2015 ICT award – certificate of merit. Contributed in several businesses, including DBS, Acer, PCCW. Delivered public seminars and training in the Asian Pacific, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Beijing, Shanghai, Taiwan. Mentors in HKFYG (青年協會〕-YBHK program. Co-organiser of HK “IGF” Ambassador Program to join UN-Internet Governance Forum.
